Behavior Analyst (BCBA and LBS required)

$70,000 – $85,000 per year, individual salary offer is dependent upon training, experience, and demonstrated skills

Full-Time, Salaried Position with excellent Benefits Package

Minimum 90-110 billable hours per month assigned, bonuses for consistent hours above 100 per month after 90 Day Probationary Period

Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and PA Behavior Specialist License (BSL)

Client hours limited to Monday-Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm
No client hours provided during evenings or weekends
Must be available to provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees

Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster County

Experienced Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA)

Seeking experienced, compassionate, positive, responsible professionals who love working with children (18 months to 8 years) and have a passion for helping others.

Hiring multiple experienced candidates (must have 1 year working with children preferably in the field of behavioral health)

Part-Time position providing a minimum of 25-30 client service hours per week and the non-billable hours required in association with these service hours

$20.00-$26.00 per billable hour depending on RBT Credential, Experience, Training and Demonstrated Competency in ABA via the RBT Competency Assessment.

Paid training and paid travel time at alternate rate.
Paid mileage reimbursement at IRS per mile rate.

Experienced BHT-ABAs must have completed the 40 hour RBT training but do not need to hold the RBT credential with the BACB

Behavior Consultant / Specialist (LBS)

$55,000 – $69,000 per year, individual salary offer is dependent upon training, experience, and demonstrated skills

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Seeking experienced, compassionate, positive, responsible professionals who love working with children (18 months to 8 years) and have a passion for helping others.

Hiring multiple experienced candidates (must have 1 year working with children preferably in the field of behavioral health)

Registered Behavior Technicians must hold an active and in good standing credential with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
or meet the minimum IBHS qualifications for ‘Assistant Behavior Consultant (ABC-ABA)

Opportunities for approved supervised fieldwork (restricted and unrestricted) for those pursuing their BCBA or BCaBA certification

PA IBHS Regulation Qualifications for ABC-ABA.
If candidate does not hold an RBT certificate they must meet one of the following:

    • Have met all IBHS qualifications for BC-ABA role/PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) except for the experience requirements.
    • OR
    • Hold a BCaBA certification from the BACB
    • OR
    • Hold a bachelor’s degree in ABA or a related field AND have a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from an accredited college or university as well as have a minimum of 6 months experience providing ABA services.
